As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a large portfolio of customers mainly governmental. Your job is to be the strategic ‘General’ in all areas of the relationship with the customer, setting a plan to upsell to existing clients, grow the scope to sister companies, grow their usage of Templafy, and finally, ensuring customers are satisfied with the product.
