As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing Templafy customers. Your job is to be the strategic point of contact for your customers, develop mutual plans for the deployment and utilization of our solutions, increase customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive increased revenue. Your key KPI’s will be revenue, customer health scores, and retention & renewals.
