For our client; ALL NRG we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with KAM responsibility to their Wind division to strengthen their sales team. We offer a unique opportunity where you will be part of an international sales team and play a key role in further developing and strengthening the commercial relationships with large accounts as well as developing and implementing market strategies within manpower solutions.
ALL NRG provide manning and project solutions mainly to the off-shore wind market and most of their customers are based in Northern Europe. Their key customers are among others OEMs, utilities and sub-suppliers.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Drive sales in your target areas by providing solutions to clients including effectively managing the sales cycle
- Develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key clients
- Coordinate and follow-up on sales actions
- Support marketing activities
- Develop and implement new market strategies and initiatives for your areas of responsibility
- Monitor market trends and competitive environment to identify and enhance sales and performance opportunities
